f+h paxpage balanace check before booking
- Due date set to 01/19/2026

Flight and hotel pax page
- Status changed from Assigned to In Progress
- Added balance check logic on Pax Page before triggering booking for both flight and hotel.
- Implemented insufficient balance message with retry (page reload) option.
- Pending disabling of Pay Now / Confirm Book buttons when balance is insufficient and final verification.
- Status changed from In Progress to Fixed not Tested
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
