  1. Added wallet section UI in the navbar.
  2. Integrated wallet balance fetching API for the current logged-in user.
  3. Integrated separate wallet balance API for the On-Behalf user when behalf selection is active.
  4. Verified that wallet balances are correctly displayed on user interaction.
