Description

The "Nationality" and "Passport Issued Country" dropdowns overlay the top banner when scrolling on the passenger details page.
Phone number dropdown also have this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Home Page.
2. Search and select a flight.
3. Proceed to the Passenger Details page.
4. Scroll down to the "Nationality" or "Passport Issued Country" field.
5. Click on either field to open the dropdown.
6. Scroll the page while the dropdown is open.

Expected Result:
The dropdown should stay within the form area and scroll naturally with the page.

Actual Result:
The dropdown overlays the top banner, affecting visibility and layout.
