Corporate User Travel policy add option missing and only one Name filed is required in all form

Description

1. Created a corporate user and added all permission then login with the corporate user ( / a), for the corporate user Travel Policy add option not displayed - Please fix the issue and make sure under the corporate user search work based on the travel policy

2. On add Region form Name and Display Name filed displayed. Only One Filed Name is required current.
(If current Name filed used as slug / or primary key for back end process) Hide it from front end do it as back end flow) - Need to fix the issue in all form

2a) As now same Name value unable to save if login with different company/corporate also - we need to save same name if the user different branch / region / region unit / company - Need to fix the issue in all form
