@Ifthik p Pls verify the following comments,

1.Add an option to create new service types.

2.Add an option to write off from net balance without creating any features or services.

• Currently, we can only do write-offs from receipts.
• However, there are scenarios where we need to write off prices for features that are already included in the initial cost.
• Please add an option on the invoice page (same location as “Down Payment”) to write off an amount, with a mandatory remarks field for the write-off.

3.As of now, there is no solution to pay AMC for features — please provide an option for this.

4.Include “Email” as a service in the dropdown.
