Description

1) Search Dubai - Makkah - Madinah without transport now initially displayed flight result page, in this scenario the hotel result page should be displayed by initial loading.

2. Dynamic package Pax page Date of birth calendar year selection not displayed - please fix - the issue founded in b2b only

Fix the issue in b2b and b2c also
