B2C issues*

1. In the transportation section, when I try to change the flight, ie I choose Emirates, when I open branded fare, prices are not showing and not able to select. Please check attachment.

2. In the summary page direct flow, transfer from madinah hotel to dubai airport is available and still it didnt get added automatically. I had to select transfer from edit option.

3. When I clicked on Madinah see more accommodation, and choose a hotel from that then getting continuous loader then when I reload, it has picked the hotel which I chose but this is not happening without reloading.

4. In the activity tab, where I click on options to select more activities, there is a slight alignment issue as attached.

5. When I chose a different activity, it goes to details page, when I select date and time, then the price shows as zero and when I click book now, I am getting 404 not found page. why? Please find attachment. Whichever Activity I try to select, this issue exist.

6. In the accommodation section, when I click on more accommodation, in the filter section, there is a section named as Alliance. what need to be searched in the search box over there? is it hotel name or amenities? When I click on search button, getting blank page and when I click back button goes to summary page. Please check the attachment.

7. In the case of searching and directly landing to summary page, I have searched 1st aug 2025, if flight is at 23:00 and reaching at 1am ie next day, activity in Makkah in the dynamic package, activity shows up for 1st aug which is wrong as flight has not yet landed in 1st aug. landing on 2nd aug so activity should be selected for 2nd aug 2025. Even in activity tab section where i can select different activity, 1st aug i shouldnt be able to select so this need to be handled for flights that are reaching the next day.

8. Your trip summary in the activity tab overlapping issue found. Please find attachment.

9. In the summary section, on the right side, transfer needs to show 3 but it shows 2 which is wrong.

10. In the pax page, each time I check it shows different prices. Please check the entire dynamic package price flow is correct or not. There are issues in it. What I understood is when I click on confirm button near to save button, price entirely changes and flight goes missed in the pax page. And when I click on continue button, its correct price in pax page only at times. Price is different in summary page and pax page. Please check why is this.

11. In the pax page, it shows below dates. what is this section. please let me know. Is it the dates of the hotel checkin?

12. I did a ticket and flight got missed. After summary page, flight is missed. Attaching ticket pdf for reference.

B2B

1. For b2b/ inhouse no need direct landing to summary page. It needs to be flight module. Only for b2c need direct jumping to summary page flow which was already discussed before.

2. In the summary page in right side, count of transfer wrong. Shows 2, it needs to be 3

3. When I changed transfer, price not changing in transportation tab. When I change flight, price changes. Select button not working.

4. When I clicked on Madinah see more accommodation, and choose a hotel from that then getting continuous loader then when I reload, it has picked the hotel which I chose but this is not happening without reloading.

5. In the see more accommodation, when I click, I get hotel options and in that the hotel which is selected, see option not working for the selected hotel.

11. In b2b flow, after confirming pax page and entering all details, in confirm booking getting "Unable to Submit Pax" pax error. Please check this case.

12. When I go with normal flow that is with the flight that system gives I have confirm booking button in pax page but when I give change flight and selected emirates, confirm booking button missing and not able to proceed from pax page. Please check.
