1.Currently, users must select each segment (Onward/Return) separately to save or print the tickets. There should be a single-click option to Save All or Print All tickets together.

2.Additionally, the page has no clear navigation option to go back — users may not realize they need to click the logo. A “Back to Home” button should be added for better usability.

3.Payment failed page is showing transaction/track/payment IDs to users — these should be removed. Also need confirmation on where the payment failure notification is being sent.

4.Train date-change not highlighted — selecting the 11:00 PM Makkah → Madinah train on Nov 29 arrives on Nov 30, but it does not clearly indicate the next-day arrival. Highlight date changes to avoid user confusion.
