  • Initiate a cancellation request for that ticket, update the action to 'Void' and 'Cancel'.
  • Change the status to 'Refunded to Customer'. After that, check whether the refunded amount has been credited back to the wallet.
  • Set the wallet amount to zero, then created a hold PNR.
  • After that, went to the admin panel and confirmed the ticket, which resulted in an outstanding amount being added.
  • Then, the agency did a top-up and paid the outstanding amount through the pending payment section.
  • Reviewed blank booking functions and VAT/GST.

  • Checked Round trip in Tripjet and Updated a Bug to Nitheesh - I searched for a round-trip ticket from Dubai to Jeddah for two passengers, selecting Economy class for the onward journey and Business class for the return. From the flight results page, I selected a FlyDubai flight and booked the ticket. However, the ticket shows the return class as Economy. Even when I download the ticket from TQR and MyBooking page, the return flight is shown as Economy class.

  • Support Live Ticket and chat through Zoho.
  • An issue was reported from Skysouq B2B where the Hold PNR button was not showing in live. When tested in staging, the issue was present there as well. I have created a task for it. Major Live Issue #30091.
    After it was fixed, it was verified again in staging.
